See below for details of what is included, plus exhibition, accommodation and social events. All presenters and attendees are required to register and pay the appropriate registration fee to participate in the conference.

All payments should be made by PayPal/credit card or offline wire transfer (strongly suggested for extra-EU participants, in order to avoid the payment of additional transaction/conversion fees; if you choose payment by credit card or paypal, you will be charged an extra fee of 3%). Payments by card must be in EURO only. The wire transfer can be made only in EURO. The registration fees do not take into account additional costs due to the currency exchange rate.

Accompanying person should register online as well.

When your online registration is completed, you will receive an email confirmation. In case you do not receive any email within 48 hours, please contact us at:  info@c-pass.eu 

Registration fees increase of 150 € after 01 May 2023.

Visa Invitation Letters will be sent to those that registered and paid the registration fee. Please send a visa request at visa@c-pass.eu.

According to the Italian Consumer Code, governed by Legislative Decree No 21/2014 which transposed Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days starting to run from the time of conclusion of the contract (which is the day of your payment), without giving any reason and without other additional costs, and obtaining a refund of the amount paid.

If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you have to inform Polysense Innovations s.r.l. of your intention by sending a notice by e-mail to the following address info@c-pass.eu, using the withdrawal form in compliance with Annex I part B of the Consumer Code.

Kindly be informed the deadline below:

• Registrations cancelled more than 90 days before the conference will be refunded 40% of the paid amount excluding transaction fee
• Registrations cancelled less than 90 but more than 60 days before the conference will be refunded 20% of the paid amount excluding transaction fee
• Registrations cancelled less than 60 days before the conference will not be eligible for a refund.

The reimbursement of the amount paid will take place within 14 days of receipt of your withdrawal notice.

As an alternative solution, if you are prevented from participating in the conference, you could transfer your registration fees to a colleague and notify us this by sending an email to registration@c-pass.eu before the 3rd August 2023.

If the conference is prevented or affected due to “force majeure” circumstances which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as fire, flood, explosion, adverse weather conditions causing severe damage to the location, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, Covid-19 pandemic, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control, we will cancel the conference and participants will be refunded within 30 days of the organization notice on this website. Neither of the participants shall have any further rights and obligations, in particular no claims for damages or obligations to pay damages.

For disputes arising from or in connection with this contract/agreement, the courts at our registered address in Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
